The Indian Grilled Sandwich, or Bombay Sandwich as it's often called, is a staple of street food stalls across India. At Sector 17, we bring this beloved snack to Sage Hill with all the authentic flavours — layers of fresh vegetables including tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and peppers, generously spread with our house-made green chutney and loaded with cheese, then pressed and grilled until perfectly golden and crispy.
